Rule of Law
I'm gratified to have had the opportunity to continue working with international Rule of Law programs focused on combating corruption and election crimes. My experience in this area commenced with serving as Department of Justice Resident Legal Advisor to Russia in 1998-99, and continued throughout my DOJ career.
I am presently a regular lecturer at the CEELI Institute in Prague, which twice every year conducts a one-week intensive anti-corruption course.

The CEELI Institute anti-corruption programs are designed as highly interactive trainings, which walk participants through the actual investigation of a case involving official corruption in the public procurement process.
I have also had the opportunity to lecture on several occasions at the International Law Enforcement Academy in Budapest, most recently at a March 2023 program on investigating and prosecuting election crimes.
