As an experienced cyber security attorney, Andrew Levchuk works with industry professionals and attorneys to help clients comply with state, federal, and global data security and privacy standards. He is a regular attendee at the annual RSA Conference and other professional gatherings. He moderated the panel Cybercrime 2020: Predicting the Year Ahead — Including the Encryption Debate at the February 2020 RSA Conference. Panelists included Professor Orin Kerr, former Assistant Attorney General David Kris, former U.S. State Department Cyber Coordinator Christopher Painter and former Los Angeles U.S. Attorney Eileen Decker.

He is currently the Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association Science and Technology Section’s Privacy and Computer Crime Committee. Mr. Levchuk is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a GIAC Information Security Professional. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Chicago and received his law degree from the New York University School of Law.
